Booster Meeting Minutes

Officers Present: Jerry Pryor, Debbie Pryor, Roy Kinion, Ron Manning

Members: Clint Raever, Rod Cross, Jim Lynch, Willie Worman, Steve Brattain, Paul Tucker

Call to order: Jerry called meeting to order.

Minutes: Motion to approve minutes by Jerry. 2 nd by Rod. All approved.

Coaches Report:

• Varsity Football: Coach Brattain: Game tonight with Harrisburg . Dylan Anderson feels that the team has been practicing well this week. Also present, Chris Borden.

• JV Football: Rod Cross: JV played Harrisburg on Monday. Harrisburg had touchdowns off of turnovers. Won 16-14. Cameron Cross, Jackson Cross and Chandler Borden game their thoughts.

• Cross Country: Had a Pre-Run down south and everyone ran well. Have a meet at Nestucca today.

• Volleyball: Coach Johnson: Lost game last Thursday and changed up the offense hoping that will help. Had a tournament on Saturday. Played Waldport on Tuesday at home. Won in 3. Played Harrisburg yesterday (Thursday) and won in 3.

AD Report:

Half way through the first grading period. JV football will be played at Waldport. Next Friday will be ‘Football Field Dedication'. T-Shirts will be handed out at the game. Weight room will be moved out on Monday.

Financial Report:

• Deposits: $600.00 Memberships // Cohen & Park photography and Oregon Coast Bank; $2240.00 in city Summer camps (football 1640, volleyball 600), 22.50 Membership for Sarah Walker; 270.00 football concessions….Total deposit $3203.00

• Bills paid: $60.80 Agate Beach supply for paint for Boomers, $444.50 Advertees for t-shirts.

• Bills outstanding: $424.48 Cash & Carry for concessions

Business:

• Motion to amend amount allowed for purchase of week blower for field and track.

• Discussion regarding remodel of concession stand.

• Having issue finding correct blue paint for boomers.
